Cottingley Cornerstone Centre has worked with a team of handpicked professional specialist organisations over the last five years to help move the project forward. They continue to support and advise as the ultimate goal moves ever closer.

Jackson Quigg Associates (2001-present)

Experts in community development, Jackson Quigg Associates have been involved in research, consultation, business planning, strategic development and fundraising with Cottingley Cornerstone Centre since 2001.

Wildblood Macdonald Architects (2004-present)

Working closely with the trustees, the local community and The Prince's Foundation, Wildblood Macdonald have created a unique architectural scheme to meet the multiple needs of community and church facilities, health and social services provision and housing.

MHB Chartered Surveyors (2005-present)

Providing regular capital cost updates and facilitating contacts with developers, MHB are working to ensure all the necessary information for the fundraising is available.

Robinson Design Group - Access Audits (2005-2006)

Initial involvement was to produce the Access Statement as part of the Planning application. This document developed with the project along with regular design reviews. These guided the team and ensured all aspects of current legislation were incorporated into the scheme, ensuring access for disabled people and providing an inclusive environment for all.

Sanderson Associates - Highway, Traffic and Transportation Engineers (2006)

The unique nature of the proposed scheme has required careful consideration of parking and vehicular access arrangements to satisfy regulatory organisations, and the aspirations of the proposed development.
